Samantha is part of our Bundaberg team at VAJ Byrne & Co Lawyers and assists on a range of family law matters.

Originally from a small regional town in Parkes, NSW, Samantha relocated to Bundaberg in 2013. Samantha has genuine local understanding and experience for her clients.

Samantha graduated from Central Queensland University in 2019 obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree and shortly after then completing her Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law.

Samantha was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in Brisbane in April 2020 as a Solicitor. Samantha has worked in the legal industry since 2018 in Bundaberg.

While Family Law is where Samantha feels most comfortable and happy, she considers her prior experience obtained from working in the legal industry to be invaluable for her commitment to clients. Samantha enjoys the balance of providing compassion to her client’s during their tough times, while being creative and strategic behind the scenes. Samantha will work tirelessly to ensure her clients receive the best possible outcome in all situations.

Samantha loves to spend her free time with her family and friends and exploring all our local area has to offer.
