Kate Neill
Solicitor, LLB
Kate was born and raised in Gladstone, where she completed her primary and secondary education. She remained in Gladstone while studying externally through Central Queensland University, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021.
In 2022 she completed her Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law and discovered a strong passion for family law.
Kate now practises predominantly in family law and wills. She has experience across a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, and parenting arrangements. Her compassionate and practical approach helps clients navigate complex and often emotional legal issues with confidence.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends.
