Monica Erridge

Monica was born and raised in Wooli, New South Wales and relocated to Queensland after completing her NSW University studies. She first began her employment with the Firm when she relocated to Gladstone in 2007 and completed over a decade with the Firm practicing in all areas of law, predominatly in our Family Law Department. We are pleased to welcome her back to the Firm as part of our Wills and Estates Department.

Monica initially obtained an Associate Degree of Law and Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies at Southern Cross University before relocating to Queensland where she completed her Bachelor of Laws through QUT and went on to undertake her Articles of Association prior to her Admission on the Roll of Solicitors.

Monica is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Throughout her career Monica has practiced in a variety of areas of law and now predominantly concentrates her focus in our Wills and Estates Department. She brings with her decades of experience in the legal field and we are pleased to welcome her back as part of the VAJ Byrne Team.

Monica is very client focused and enjoys assisting clients to nagivate their legal requirements. You will find her to be a knowledgable and approachable lawyer who speaks in plain english to ensure effective communication with her clients.

Monica is married with two children and in her spare time she enjoys painting, swimming and spending time with her family
