Nyaradzo (Naya) Musasira

Nyaradzo (Naya) Thandeka Musasira is a solicitor advising across general, family, criminal and domestic violence law. She is passionate about social justice, access to legal services for all and providing clear practical support for clients.

Nyaradzo was born and raised in Zimbabwe. In 2015, she completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Cape Town in South Africa and began her legal career in Zimbabwe before relocating to Australia to further her studies and practice.

After moving to Australia, Nyaradzo commenced a Master of International Development at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2017. Following completion of her postgraduate studies, she worked in refugee resettlement for two years while completing her admission requirements. She was admitted as a lawyer in Queensland in 2021.

Nyaradzo has worked across regional and remote Australia, including in the Pilbara and the Northern Territory, supporting Aboriginal communities in employment, governance, compliance and policy development. She returned to university in 2023 and completed the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice in 2024.

Outside of work, Nyaradzo enjoys quiet time alone reading, baking and mindful coloring.
