Nicole Potts
Solicitor, LLB, (Hons)
Nicole commenced her employment with Byrne Lawyers in 2024 working while completing her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree at Griffith University then Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law.
Commencing in family law and litigation paralegal roles she gained hands-on experience and developed a strong foundation in family law practice. Nicole found a genuine passion for supporting clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives and is dedicated to guiding clients with empathy, professionalism, and care, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of the process.
Nicole has adopted a holistic and client-focused approach to the law, recognizing that family law matters often extend beyond the courtroom. She is committed to assisting clients to finalise their matters efficiently and compassionately, including providing support with property transfers, wills and domestic violence matters.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys winding down with a good book and finding new places to spend quality time with family and friends.
