Madison Kurtz

Madison was born and raised in Biloela where she completed both her primary and secondary schooling. She attended Griffith University in Brisbane and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws then completing her Practical Legal Training through the College of Law shortly after. Madison was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018 and worked predominately in criminal, children’s court and domestic violence matters in the Rockhampton, Mackay and Biloela regions.

In 2021, Madison moved back to her hometown of Biloela and worked in a local firm where she expanded her practice areas to also include residential and commercial conveyancing and wills.

Madison practices in Criminal Law, Children’s Court, Domestic Violence Law, Wills and Estate Planning and Estate Administration, with a special interest in Rural Property matters.

When not working, Madison is likely to be found with her dogs and horses, camping, fishing or out exploring the Central Queensland region in her 4WD with family and friends.
